Frontier Supply reserves the right to change the following rules and regulations or the points earning criteria for the program at their discretion at any time.

  1. You will earn points based on your signed quota sheet.
  2. Points may be earned from April 01, 2019 to March 31, 2021.
  3. Merchandise may be redeemed at anytime over the course of the program period (April 01, 2019 until May 31, 2021) as long as the reward account has sufficient points for the reward(s) requested.
  4. Once one (1) trip has been earned in the program, any additional unearned (or portions) trips above the first earned trip may be purchased at its cost (or portion). These trip costs have been pre-negotiated by Frontier Supply, subject to availability.
  5. An Invoice must be paid within Frontier Supply's standard terms of payment, in order to receive Frontier Rewards Points for those applicable transactions.
  6. Only Licensed Plumbers are eligible to enroll in the Frontier Rewards Program.
  7. Membership is free and members will begin earning points on purchases once the completed registration form is received.
  8. There is no limit to the number of points the member may accumulate during the program period.
  9. All points must be redeemed no later than May 31, 2021. Any points not redeemed will be forfeited.
  10. Points may be redeemed for any of the exclusive merchandise awards from the Frontier Rewards Program Catalogue or the group travel program or a combination of both.
  11. All points include shipping and handling costs of the merchandise chosen.
  12. Points cannot be purchased for merchandise.
  13. We reserve the right to replace out of stock or unavailable items with a substitute of equal or greater value.
  14. Frontier Supply is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use or operation of any merchandise awards claimed as a result of this program.
  15. Non-related companies cannot transfer or pool with another participant's points or redeem for cash.
  16. Related companies must combine quota and trip points.
  17. In the event the participant's account with Frontier Supply is either: i. not in good standing as per our agreed upon credit department terms or ii. is closed; the participant's points will be forfeited at the discretion of Frontier Supply.
  18. Unused points have no monetary value.
  19. We want the pleasure of your company. Group travel participants must only be owners, principles, or key employees of your firm.
  20. We reserve the right to change quotas, destination, departure dates, trip conditions and costs due to conditions beyond our control.
  21. All travel activities are designed with adults in mind - no children under eighteen (18) years of age, please.
  22. Travel must be taken with Frontier Supply 2021.
  23. Merchandise and travel are considered taxable for income tax purposes and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  24. Frontier Supply reserves the right to cancel the program at any time. Should the program be cancelled, members will have 60 days to claim rewards.
  25. Frontier Supply is the final authority as to the interpretation of these rules. Frontier Supply reserves the right to disallow points and disqualify participants.
